Shipping

Shipping now available worldwide* via The United States Postal Service only.

Orders take approximately 7-10 business days (and a little longer for the limited edition prints) for processing (subject to immediate availability). When ordering more than two items, please use a physical street address. We cannot ship orders with multiple items to a P.O. Box address.

* There are different rate choices available for all customers. Depending on the size of your order, the best price may be the Priority Flat Rate.

Ordering Issues
If you have any difficulties in ordering, please follow these simple steps:

• Clear your shopping cart by clicking the "clear shopping cart" button at the bottom of the page. Please be sure not to use the "back" button during the ordering process.
• Clear your cache file or cache history from your browser.
• International orders - please fill in all of the required fields, even if you have to repeat information twice. Please don't leave the city, state, province and zip code fields blank, as this will result in your order not going through.
• Sometimes your billing address and your shipping address are different. Credit card companies require your correct billing address, so please check this if your card is declined.

If you still have problems, please email orders@johnholland.com with specific details of your problem, and we will respond as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days.
