You may return most items sold through JohnHolland.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. We will pay the shipping cost for items returned as a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orderinfo@johnholland.com and we will provide you with instructions for replacement.

Workshop Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation for this workshop, you may do so by contacting us at workshops@johnholland.com.  We rely on your attendance to make important arrangements. If you need to withdraw from this workshop, you must inform us no later than 60 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund – see below for details.


Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 60 days notice prior to the date - Full refund less a $25 change fee.
  • 30 days notice prior to the date - 50% refund less a $25 registration fee.
  • 7 days prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows - no refunds are granted.
