We all have the capacity to connect with spirit and divine guidance. So too, we’ve experienced those feelings of being cut off, uninspired, and often disconnected from life at some time or another. Learn to open up your crown energy center again to bring the intuitive connection back. Sit up straight, and imagine a funnel at the top of your head spreading out and into the universe. Now visualize a healing white light entering through the top of your head, as it moves and circulates down through your entire body. Your body, mind, and spirit will be restored and unified again. You are connected to everything!
