              One day this week, find a quiet area; grab your journal or any pen and paper. On the top of the page, write down a question you’d like some intuitive guidance on. Now keep the question in your mind as well as in front of you. Place your pen on the page and start writing whatever comes to you. Don’t think! Let yourself go as you write, make shapes, or just doodle. Do this for a few minutes without stopping. You’re giving your intuition free reign to go where it wants, before your logical mind gets in the way.
