This week when you have the opportunity on a clear night, go outside and look up at the night sky and the heaven of stars. Take in a deep cleansing breath and just be there in the moment. This helps to expand your consciousness. Try to see the vastness and wonder of the universe, to know that you are one with it all. The same energy that makes up the universe . . . is in you.
