Everything is made of energy, which constantly moves and vibrates. Even colors have their unique vibration and frequency. Have someone or if you have a child (kids love this!) sit across from you and ask them to think and feel a color. Tell him or her to imagine a color surrounding their entire being. Now place your hands, palms out in front of you toward that person. Notice if you’re feeling, seeing, or even hearing a particular color. Then switch roles. The more you experiment, the more you’ll know how you’re receiving the information. Have fun!
