              This week find a comfortable place to lie down. Rest your hands lightly over your stomach area. Breathe slowly and steadily to a calm rhythm. With each breath, create a mental picture of energy rushing in through your nostrils and flowing right down into your lungs. Imagine this energy as sparkling white light as it’s being absorbed in your solar plexus. Now visualize this energy being distributed throughout your body — in every bone, muscle, and nerve ending. Let it strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
