In our digital society, we’ve all grown accustomed to having information at our fingertips. Here’s a great way to use visualization and your imagination to download intuitive answers. This week try this exercise: Find a comfortable chair and sit up straight. Close your eyes and visualize a giant computer screen in front of you. Type in a question and hit the “Enter” key. See your question on the “screen.” Wait a moment — you may receive a word, or even a sentence. Record what you receive.
