A great game I used to play with my mother was “Pick a number.” I had no idea that I was training my young psychic mind. Here’s how to play: Ask a friend to think of a number from 1 to 50 and see if you can visualize it. Go with the first answer that pops into your mind. Don’t do it too many times because you’ll begin to guess instead of intuit. Kids love this game! These exercises may seem elementary, but what’s happening is that you’re beginning to stretch your abilities.
